Our Leadership
Enlight is managed by a highly experienced executive team, with multidisciplinary expertise across project development, business development, engineering, and finance. We have benefited from a core team that has been with the company since its inception and is accompanied by senior executives who have joined in recent years to support our rapid expansion. The company was founded by Gilad Yavetz, who serves as our CEO; Amit Paz, who serves as VP of Engineering and Procurement; and Zafrir Yoeli, who served as SVP Business Development until 2022.
