CoBar A, which is part of the broader CoBar solar interconnection cluster of 1.2 GW, is contracted to APS. The project, which is located in the region with the highest solar irradiance in the United States, stands to benefit significantly from the use of PTCs as provided for under the Inflation Reduction Act. The project's real estate and permit has been secured while the interconnection process is in advanced stages.
