Itay joined our executive team in 2025 and serves as Chief Corporate Development Officer, leading the Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, and M&A units.

Prior to joining Enlight, he held various senior management and Invesment Banking roles with a focus on capital markets, business development, and M&A. Most recently, he served as Chief Business Development and Innovation Officer at Melisron.

Itay holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, both earned with honors.
