• Regular work with accounting, including issuing orders
• Establishing purchase orders and receiving invoices, including handling and close follow-up until the process is completed
• Ongoing administrative management
• Diary management for senior ranks
• Support and backup reception position if necessary
• Working with many interfaces (internal and external)

• Getting to know and working with SAP is an advantage
• Previous experience in a contracting company/project management company – a significant advantage
• Experience in back office work – a significant advantage
• Ability to work in a computerized environment with control of Office applications including Excel – mandatory
• English at a good level (speaking, reading and writing) – mandatory
• Ability to work and learn independently, including working under pressure with multiple interfaces
• Punctuality, responsibility and thoroughness with attention to the smallest details
• Excellent interpersonal skills
