Operations coordinator - Maternity leave



• Ongoing work with project managers in the department, including operations, setting up purchase orders and receiving invoices, monitoring and controlling payments to the various consultants, opening suppliers, controlling payments against contracts and accounting against partners.
• Assistance in creating lender reports
• Initiative and implementation of lessons learned to improve work processes, systems and new tools in the department
• Managing the diary of the deputy director of the department
• Follow-up of an annual plan with various parties (such as a safety officer) in coordination with the asset managers


• Full command of Office software, including Excel at a high level – mandatory
• Back Office in project management units – a significant advantage
• Experience working with ERP software, with an emphasis on MONDAY, SAP – a significant advantage
