responsibilities:
• Responsibility for the project’s engineering schedule and engineering products, while regularly using internal and external systems for document sharing and management
• Technical support in procurement procedures and contracts that include writing and managing technical appendices of RFP packages (manufacturers, suppliers, EPC contractors), accompanying FAT inspection procedures, analyzing adequate reports
• Integration and promotion of planning in the various disciplines according to the phases of the project (mechanical, construction, civil, electrical, control). Activating a team of external consultants and internal resources to navigate tasks and complex planning processes up to the Detailed-Design stage and handing over a planning file “for execution.”
• Technical support for pricing and budget estimates in all phases of the project (business, development, construction and operation). Identification and analysis of risk levels and professional support in commercial decision-making processes
• Energy simulations and detailed analysis of production (PV, wind) and storage systems
• Planning management of high and upper voltage power supply systems, substations, distribution/transmission networks, load/power flow simulations, dynamic systems for network support, including active participation in discussions with the system manager and the electric company
• Ongoing work with external planning and regulatory bodies (the electric company, “Noga”) and support in the development of the project in planning and construction committees, government offices and private bodies
• Support and providing real-time answers to the various departments in the company, including intra-organizational consulting on engineering issues
• Participation in key discussions, think tanks and strategy for the development and implementation of technological developments
• Accompanying the project managers during construction. Meetings in the field, superior supervision with consultants and drafting performance reports together with the supervision teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preference for electrical/civil) – mandatory
• 2-4 years of experience as a project engineer in an engineering company – mandatory
• 2-4 years previous experience in mechanical planning or process planning – mandatory
• Experience in managing a team/motivating people in a matrix manner
• High level English (speaking, writing and reading) – mandatory
• Familiarity with the field of mechanical/civil/infrastructure equipment
• Experience working with CAD systems
