Statutory Project Manager

  • Management of the project from the initial initiation phase through the change of land designation to the obtaining of building permits (Ready To Build)
  • Leading the planning process and handling all planning, environmental, engineering and property issues, making coordination and obtaining approvals from authorities and infrastructure companies
  • Promotion and approval of master plans (zoning/NIP( for projects in the district and national planning institutions and obtaining building permits for projects
  • Management of multidisciplinary consultants and working with local and international consulting companies
  • Responsibility for all corporate and project aspects, including budget, Gantt, financial models, etc.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree – a must, engineering/law/geography/urban planning – an advantage
  • Prior experience working with multiple interfaces
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent spoken and written communication
  • Familiarity with planning institutions and previous experience in promoting planning procedures – an advantage
  • Experience in developing projects in the field of infrastructure – an advantage
  • Background in leading processes that require a combination of different disciplines such as technical, legal and financial
  • Highly motivated, sharp minded and able to work and study independently
