Co-founder, CEO & Director, Gilad has been leading the company since its inception in 2008 as a small developer in Israel to its global status today. Prior to the establishment of Enlight, Gilad served as VP Marketing and Sales of BVR, a high-tech company working with leading military forces worldwide.

Gilad earned an MBA from the Executive Program at Tel Aviv University and an LLB from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
