Our Directors

Our Board of Directors is comprised of eight leading members of Israel's business community with a keen understanding of corporate governance, ethics and a reputation for integrity. Our Board includes members with different areas of expertise, including: renewable energy, project and corporate finance, corporate governance and regulation. They set a high standard for the professional and ethical conduct of our Company. Seven of the eight members are considered independent.
