Co-founder & Executive Chairman, Gilad served as CEO of the company from its inception in 2008 until October 2025, when he assumed his current role as Executive Chairman. During his tenure, he led Enlight to its position as the market leader in Israel and a key international player. Before founding Enlight, Gilad served as VP Marketing and Sales at BVR, a high-tech company, working with leading military forces worldwide.

Gilad earned an MBA from the Executive Program at Tel Aviv University and an LLB from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
