Board of Directors

Dr. Shai Weil has served as a member of the Board of Directors since November 2009.
Dr. Weil is an executive and a partner in various companies in the fields of industrial, technology, real estate, trade and services, including Milgam Ltd. (Group), Pango, AllCloud (Group), Minrav Group Ltd. (TLV: MNRV), Essence Partners, Har Tuv Group, Lumen Capital and the Israel Post Company. Dr. Weil serves as the Chairman at Har Tuv Group, Lumen Capital, Essence Partners and Minrav Group Ltd. He is a member of the boards of Aluma (a non-profit organization) and JGIVE (a non-profit organization dedicated to cultivating a culture of philanthropy in Israel).

Dr. Weil holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Bar-Ilan University in Ramat Gan, Israel, an M.S. in Management from Boston University in Massachusetts and a D.P.S. in International Business and Management from Pace University in New York.
