Keren joined Enlight in 2025 as VP of Project Development. She brings with her a wealth of experience in leading large-scale transportation initiatives. Before joining Enlight, she served as Deputy Head of the Metro Administration at NTA – Metropolitan Mass Transit System Ltd., where she played a key role in the planning and execution of the Metro Lines project in the Tel Aviv metropolitan area. Keren holds an MSc in Urban and Regional Planning from the Technion and is a graduate of the Infrastructure Leadership Development Excellence Program of the Ministry of Finance and the Joint Distribution Committee.
