Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and controlling the operating budget of each project
• Ongoing monitoring of the projects’ performance, detection, analysis and troubleshooting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Preparation of follow-up reports and advanced analyzes of the projects’ performance
• Management of the projects’ service provider system, including contractors, suppliers and consultants, management of negotiations in accordance with the needs of the projects
• Management of the financing agreements of the projects, responsibility for the project’s compliance with the financial criteria
• Management of the insurance and guarantees system
• Responsibility for liaison with the company’s business partners, distribution of reports, managing the management meetings of the subsidiaries
• Ongoing interfaces with authorities and regulatory institutions that affect the activity of the projects
• Preparation of annual work plans and performance monitoring
• Managing the security system and safety plans of the projects
• Approval of invoices for suppliers and preparation of cash flow statements

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Laws / Management / Economics / Industrial Engineering and Management – a must
• At least 3 years of previous relevant experience from a project management company
• Previous experience in the fields of renewable energy – a significant advantage
• Proficient in performing integration of knowledge from several sources and the ability to draw conclusions
• Highly proficient in Excel – a must, knowledge of SAP software – an advantage
• High level of English (speaking, reading and writing) – a must, Spanish and / or Italian – an advantage
