Lawyer for the legal department- Finance
Israel
Responsibilities:
A lawyer in the company’s legal advisory team –
Escorting project financing transactions, financing companies in Israel, Europe and the USA
Accompanying commercial agreements.
Requirements:
6-10 years’ experience as a lawyer after internship
Proven experience in a finance department of a law firm/ legal department of a large company
Daily work experience in English – Must
Business-commercial orientation
Motivation and willingness to develop in the field of renewable energies.
Good interpersonal relationships and ability to work in a team.
