Le’Haez
Dare to Move Forward
In recent years, Enlight has supported a project run by alumni of General Staff Reconnaissance Unit "Misdar" - Le’Haez (literally "to dare"). The project helps young people from Israel's social and geographical periphery realize their potential. Specifically, the project encourages them to aim for meaningful national service as a key to personal growth, integration into society at large, and overcoming the challenges of life in the periphery.
In addition to offering scholarships, Enlight employees visit the participating schools to lecture and lead discussions about renewable energy and environmental protection. They also participate in field trips to nature reserves and parks.
