VP Construction
Hila joined Enlight in 2023 as VP Construction. Prior to joining Enlight, she held various significant positions within the Energy sector, including VP Projects at IDE Technologies and COO at TMNG (Tahal – Massad – Natural Gas). With a diverse background, Hila brings extensive expertise in energy and infrastructure projects, having fulfilled roles such as Oil & Gas Drilling Engineer and Project Manager & Operations Manager at Halliburton.
Hila earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSc.) from Tel Aviv University, a Master of Arts in Law (M.A.) from Bar Ilan University, and a Global MBA from Reichman University. Additionally, she has completed Executive Education programs at the Wharton School of Business (UPENN) and at Mays Business School (Texas A&M).
