Perach Lerner
VP Regulation and Community Relations
Perach joined Enlight in 2020 as VP of Regulation and Community Relations. Prior to joining Enlight, Perach served as VP of Regulation at the IDB Holding Group, and prior to that she served as senior advisor to the Prime Minister of Israel for six-and-a-half years.
Perach holds an M.A. in Government and Public Policy from Bar-Ilan University, and a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from the Open University.
