Enlight MENA - Deputy & VP Regulation
Perach is serving as Deputy & VP Regulation of Enlight MENA. From 2020 to 2024 she served as VP of Regulation and Community Relations at Enlight. Before joining Enlight, Perach held the role of VP of Regulation at the IDB Holding Group, and prior to that she served as senior advisor to the Prime Minister of Israel for six-and-a-half years.
Perach holds an M.A. in Government and Public Policy from Bar-Ilan University, and a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from the Open University.
