Business Development Manager

  • Leading commercial and legal negotiation processes until the transaction closes (A-Z)
  • Development of business collaborations with large entities in the global energy industry, in particular with settlements, kibbutzim and companies in the settlement sector
  • Ongoing management of the activities with business partners and existing engagements
  • Carrying out market research, identifying business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential costumers
  • Initiating, leading, and executing of cross-company’s projects



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Economics / Law or additional relevant fields – a must
  • Previous experience in the field of infrastructures or agricultural/settlement sector – a significant advantage
  • Ability to work independently and lead processes until execution
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and initiative
  • Broad and deep business and commercial understanding
  • This position will mainly take place at the company’s activities in the Golan Heights
