Chief of Staff to the CEO



• Control and follow-up of the organization’s data, including the use of the BI system, building a dashboard to review main data that reflects the organizational status
• Monitoring the progress of meeting the objectives (KPIs) and identifying areas for improvement or adjustment
• Summary of management meetings and control over the sequence of tasks and their execution
• Managing the CEO’s schedule and meetings while ensuring efficient use of time and resources
• Serves as a point of contact, messaging and communication between internal and external stakeholders and the CEO
• Transfer of communication, coordination of expectations and cooperation between different units in the company and the subsidiaries in order to align the activities with the organizational priorities

• Filtering emails according to level of importance while coordinating expectations with the CEO
• Assistance in preparing presentations and reports for management meetings, preparation for conferences, drafting letters/PR and other materials
• Working with the Corporate Finance department
• Initiative and leadership to promote projects/tasks in the organization while ensuring timely execution and delivery of results
• Serves as an integrator for synchronizing, consolidating and managing knowledge in the organization
• Identifying potential conflicts and developing solutions with the CEO
• Creating a positive and supportive work environment



• Bachelor’s degree – industrial engineering and management/economics
• An advantage for those with a master’s degree
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with results-oriented thinking and a focus on continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Knowledge and access to data recovery systems
• Experience in building presentations and drafting letters
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience in managing interfaces and work processes with senior levels
• Experience working in global companies
• Knowledge advantage in the field of renewable energy / the environment
• A high level of discretion and confidentiality, maintaining trust and reliability
• Ability to work independently and perform several tasks at the same time
