Front Desk Receptionist



  • Providing frontal and telephone service at the front desk, including receiving post mail, greet and guide guests, candidates, vendors, and other visitors.
  • Multiple work with internal organizational interfaces
  • Ongoing administrative management


  • Bachelor’s degree – an advantage
  • Previous administrative experience – a must
  • Proficiency in all Office applications including Excel – a must
  • High level of English (speaking, reading, and writing) – an advantage
  • Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good sense of prioritization while handling multiple tasks under pressure
