Responsibilities:

  • Building a work plan in collaboration with the project managers and examining planning versus execution on an ongoing basis
  • Continuous monitoring and analysis of project progress (Gantt, S CURVE)
  • Defining execution and prioritization of the list of tasks in the project content in terms of schedules
  • Making regular alerts in an active manner, including identifying and raising essential issues with the project managers regarding the progress of the projects
  • Preparation of periodic progress reports
  • Leading and promoting transversal tasks for the construction management team (formats, methods, procedures, procedures, etc.) and monitoring tasks
  • Assisting project managers in preparing monthly statuses for the construction management team
  • Mapping and reporting on resource loads in projects
  • Managing cross-departmental tasks
  • Managing the interface with the corporate PMO and making sure the data is optimized
  • Managing monitoring of the information presented in BI for the projects, and its adaptation to the other management tools in the organization and the reality on the ground

 

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in PMP / PMO positions – mandatory
  • Experience in implementing work processes – a must
  • High level English (speaking, reading and writing) – mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management/economics/business administration/logistics – an advantage
  • Experience in BOT or PPP projects – a significant advantage
  • Previous experience in a consulting company and/or a contracting company – a significant advantage
  • High level command of MS Project and Excel software
  • Excellent human relations, high motivation and proven ability to motivate processes and people
