Operations and Control Coordinator - Project Development Department



  • Entering orders and invoices into the SAP system, tracking and controlling the execution of payments to the various consultants, opening suppliers, managing contracts and accounting with partners
  • Regular work with project managers in the department and assistance in analyzing financial data of the projects
  • Coordination and close cooperation with various units in and outside the organization, including accounting for the purpose of establishing purchase orders and receiving invoices, including handling and close follow-up until the process is completed
  • Status control of the departmental project budget and monitoring of compliance with the departmental work plan, including the preparation of periodic status reports
  • Follow-up and control of project execution, including control of schedules, data maintenance, compliance with procedures
  • Initiating and implementing lessons learned to improve work processes, systems and new tools in the department


  • Back Office experience in project management units – a significant advantage
  • Experience working with ERP software, with an emphasis on SAP – a significant advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in financial fields – an advantage
  • Extensive experience in building and managing budgets
  • Ability and experience in methodological work
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to draw conclusions based on data analysis
  • Punctuality, responsibility for order and organization, thoroughness and attention to details
  • Full command of Office software, including Excel at a high level – mandatory
  • Ability to work and self-learn, including working in front of many interfaces at the same time, in a dynamic work environment with a fast work pace
  • High motivation, excellent human relations, mental sharpness and ability to learn and work independently
